Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Picked up my pizza, my made to order pizza. Let's just say I wouldn't recommend this place. If I wanted to bake it myself I would have grabbed one from the grocery store. This is the first and last time. Thanks for charging me for the pepperoni that I did get 1.50$ and you can add that to your tip that was left on my card. Ridiculous!! For 18$

This place is consistently good, food and service. It's your classic franchise, so you either like it or you don't, but if you do, this place delivers. Staff is always friendly and my order is always good to go. The value here is the best and I enjoy cooking it myself :)

The pizza is awesome. However I do not like how the order on line works. I placed an order on line. 30 minutes later I arrived to pick it up and it was not ready. They were making pizza for customers who walked in, placed an order after I did on line. How is it supposed to be faster and more convenient to order on line when it takes twice as long to get the pizza? This is not the first time this has happened. I'm considering not coming back. The central entrance location is not the location to use for on line ordering! I'm very disappointed!

Stopped into this location rather than my usual. Was told they couldn't honor coupons. Told her I didn't care ring it up. Had to explain what I meant by ring it up. Screwed up the order,and couldn't understand why I didn't want her to waste more of my time. I want to give less than one star, but not an option. Incompetent.
